All Meditation classes are currently being offered online via Zoom.
Yoga classes are on Zoom as well as in studio.

Private Yoga therapy classes are via Zoom or in person.
Please bring your own mats and props.

Masks must be worn - cleaning will occur before and after treatments.
Distance Reiki is also available during this time.
30 minute session - $126.00 for 4 sessions.
