    A reiki treatment at the Sunflower Yoga Studio involves resting fully clothed on a massage table. Our practitioner will lay her hands on you in various positions, allowing the Reiki energy to flow through into your awaiting body. The intention is to provide the space to allow your own natural healing ability to flourish creating a sense of calm and well being.

    Your session may be enhanced through the use of hot stones and various natural crystals.

Level I Practitioner Training

During the two-day workshop, you will learn about the history of Reiki. You will learn all the hand positions to facilitate a complete Reiki treatment. By the end of the Reiki you will have full access to the healing Reiki energy to use first and foremost for self care, and then to care for others.

Level 2 Practitioner Training

In the training you will learn about the Reiki Symbols and how to use them in a treatment and for distant healing. Although the traditional hand positions will be reviewed you will be encouraged to use your own intuition during a healing session.

Level 3 Practitioner Training

Financial Commitment $800.00 incuding GST

Upon completion of your Master Training you will be equipped to teach the art of Reiki to others. The Master Training will be individualized to suit your personal needs. On going support will be provided as you start facilitating your own Reiki training.
